On June 1, we launched the NeoConnect hub, which includes a series of online resources, exhibitor products, programming, CEU seminars and events hosted on neocon.com. Substantial online programming ran the week of June 8 (over NeoCon’s original 2020 dates). Content will continue to be updated on the NeoConnect hub through Fall 2020.

As a company who would have been an exhibitor at the NeoCon 2020 show, you are automatically part of NeoConnect and your NeoCon exhibitor profile will live on the NeoConnect hub on neocon.com. Additionally, there are a variety of online and press opportunities available to your company to promote your products and business on the NeoConnect hub and social media campaign, as well as offerings from our NeoCon Media Partners for special exhibitor sections, online programming, awards and more.

NeoConnect Online Exhibitor Profile

We strongly encourage NeoCon 2020 exhibitors to take advantage of their exhibitor profile to promote their company and products by uploading product images and videos, corresponding brochures and press releases and webinars or online events your company will be hosting. Your exhibitor profile will live in the NeoConnect hub on neocon.com.

If you would like to promote your company, products and online programming and events further, you may consider a social media sponsorship as well as sending the information to our PR firm Novita, for featured editorial consideration.

Note about exhibitor online programming and events: All NeoCon 2020 exhibitors are welcome to organize and host an online program or event, that can be shared through your exhibitor profile. Your program will need to be organized by you and hosted on your own platform, and you can share all the details of it on your exhibitor profile and the Exhibitor page of neocon.com.

This is different from the NeoConnect CEU webinars - a select group of 25 seminars that were vetted and chosen for the NeoCon show by our advisory committee.

NeoConnect Social Media and Press Opportunities

FREE PR OPPORTUNITIES
As you may have heard from the NeoCon team, you will have the chance to update your exhibitor profile with product images, videos, online events and press releases which will live in the NeoConnect hub on neocon.com. Think of it as a virtual press room and be sure to update your exhibitor profiles to get the most exposure. We will pull from these materials for use in organic PR and Social Media moments. We, the show team, and our media partners will be actively promoting the hub through press releases, pitches, and digital marketing. Login to update your exhibitor profile here.

We will be curating content for the ongoing feed across the NeoCon platforms that include Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. Here are some themes that we will be considering—please submit material for editorial consideration and be sure to include any links or relevant hashtags we should include:

- Companies Doing Good Has your company been doing any program focused on social good or have you pivoted to manufacturing masks or PPE during this time or donated funds in the effort? Please submit your content here.

- NeoConnect IGTV
Is someone from your brand a mover and a shaker in the industry? Do you have a designer you collaborate with that would make a great interview? We’re currently seeking submissions for a new NeoConnect series on IGTV. This would be an opportunity for this design talent to speak about industry trends and dig in on the inspiration and process behind your latest product collaboration. The IGTV video will be shared on all relevant social platforms and on YouTube. $3,000

- NeoCon Instagram Story Takeover
Takeover NeoCon’s Instagram stories for one day with an opportunity to post 4-10 image frames. Includes 1 static post announcing the takeover on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter the morning of the takeover, chosen by the NeoCon team. Submissions welcomed. $2,000

FCNEWS GUIDE TO NEOCON

Although NeoCon will not take place this year, you can still get your new flooring introductions in front of the A&D community. Through our partnership with NeoCon, FCNews will provide flooring manufacturers with exposure to this audience in several new ways.

First, through our 2020 FCNews Guide to NeoCon—a printed supplement to Floor Covering News that contains editorial content relevant to the A&D community while also featuring a full page of new products from NeoCon exhibitors that will accompany each full-page advertisement.

Next, the Guide will be accessible on the FCNews website—which recently underwent a redesign and now reaches more than 22,000 unique visitors a month—as well as promoted on our social media platforms and through our weekly FCNewsletter. The FCNews website will also host a new special section entitled “NeoConnect 2020” on its homepage that offers special opportunities to our advertisers.

NeoCon will also promote the Guide to its extensive attendee community through its website and consistent outreach.

Interior Design introduces a special series: DesignTV by Interior Design: NeoCon Edition. DesignTV by SANDOW is a syndicated programming network that connects the A+D community. INTERIOR DESIGN HIP AWARDS

The 2020 HiP Awards are still on! They might look a bit different from previous years, but one thing remains the same - the HiP Awards continue to recognize the most innovative products and design-thinkers in the A+D community.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: You must have been signed on to exhibit at NeoCon 2020 to enter a product to the HiP Awards. Products must be manufactured or set to go into production between January 2020 and December 2020.

In collaboration with NeoCon’s NeoConnect initiative this June, interiors+sources and some very talented SCAD students are taking your exhibit renderings, floor plans, or images and creating a unique, highly stylized hand sketch. This sketch is then digitized with detailed product information and links to your website, promoted in big ways to our 35,000+ readers, hosted on NeoCon.com and our website.
