  • Each company's designated Exhibitor Registration contact will receive your company's specific password via email.

Your Company Profile feeds your listing in the NeoCon Exhibitor Directory. Add your logo, product images, videos, events, and other details to help attendees discover your brand. You may update your profile anytime before the show.

How Login Works

  • First-time users: your temporary password is "welcome".
  • You'll be prompted to create a new password after your first login.

Construction, Deliveries & Move-In (Permanent Showrooms)

Key information for getting your permanent showroom show-ready for NeoCon 2026.

Dock Scheduling, Deliveries & Operations

  • Schedule dock deliveries via email at least 36 hours in advance: docklabor@themart.com
  • All large trucks require a confirmed appointment.
  • Trucks arriving early or without an appointment must park offsite and return at the designated time.
  • To ensure we can accommodate as many deliveries as possible, a strict one-hour dock parking limit will be enforced.
  • The Mart strongly recommends hiring our labor for efficient unloading. We will have separate crews located at the dock for floors 3, 10, and 11 to unload and tag all your deliveries to ensure they are delivered to your showroom.

Dock Hours & Labor Availability

  • Regular Hours (through May 31):
    • Mon–Fri: 4:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    • Sat: 4:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • Extended NeoCon Hours (June 1–7):
    • Daily: 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
  • Labor Availability:
    • Mon–Fri: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • Additional hours as needed based on workload.



NeoCon Showroom Schedule

  • Thursday, June 4 | 3:00 p.m. — Construction barricades must be removed & corridors cleared. Note that materials should not remain in corridors for more than one day.
  • Friday, June 5 | 3:00 p.m. — Complete showroom setup (including furniture) to allow for NeoCon signage placement, carpet cleaning, and paint touch-ups before early visitors and Saturday sales meetings.
  • Friday, June 5 | EOD — All showrooms should be show ready.


Temporary Storage

  • Shared storage will not be available for NeoCon 2026.
  • Please make local arrangements as needed. Nearby options include:

Data Capture Services (Badge Scanning - Passive and Active)

Explore the options for your showroom or 7th floor booth to capture valuable leads during NeoCon 2026 to make the most of your presence at the show.

Active Badge Scanning (App)

  • Available for both showrooms and 7th floor booths through NeoCon official vendor, XPress Leads.
  • Not everyone will carry a business card, however every attendee will have a badge with a QR code for you to scan using the app.

Passive Badge Scanning (RFID/SmartZone Towers)
  • Only available for permanent showrooms.
  • Each NeoCon 2026 badge includes a unique RFID code, which will allow for passive tracking of attendees in and out of the building. As a showroom, you may utilize this technology by renting a SmartZone tower and placing it within your showroom to automatically capture contact details and demographics of attendees entering your showroom.
  • This technology can be used in addition to Lead Retrieval scanning offered by Xpress Leads.

Guidelines for Catering & Events Held within Showrooms and Booths

Exhibitors may host catered events, product launches, and gatherings within their showrooms or booths during NeoCon. Please review the guidelines below to ensure compliance with building policies and show regulations.

Event Rules and Regulations

  • If you plan to host more than one event, a separate online form for each event should be completed.
  • All exhibitors and sales representatives must have a badge before being allowed on the show floors.

7th Floor Exhibitors

  • All events/meetings on the 7th floor must be held during move-in or show hours.
  • Events or meetings on the 7th floor on Sunday, June 7 must conclude no later than 4:00 p.m. All exhibitors must leave the 7th floor at this time.
  • Events or meetings on the 7th floor that occur on show days must end by: 5:00 p.m. on June 8-9 and 3:00 p.m. on June 10. Extensions will not be allowed.

Showrooms

  • Contact the Property Management Office at propertymanager@themart.com if you require the use of any common areas outside the threshold of your showroom, including, but not limited to, corridors, pass-throughs, service corridors, elevator lobbies, janitor closets. Use of common areas without authorization and the use stairways and landings is strictly prohibited. Proper licensing and applicable fees for common area use must be coordinated prior to your event.
  • Provide your Janitorial Contractor with the hours their services are required, with a special focus on the event area, as well as the catering staging area.

Beware of Companies that Solicit Exhibitors

Exhibitors may receive emails from companies claiming to be affiliated with NeoCon or offering services such as databases, attendee lists, list rentals, or housing options. These companies are not authorized partners.

Important Notice

  • NeoCon does not sell or share attendee or exhibitor lists with outside parties.

  • Any offers for “NeoCon attendee lists,” “NeoCon databases,” or similar products are fraudulent.

  • NeoCon’s only official housing partner is onPeak. No other housing providers are affiliated with the show.

What to Do

  • If you receive a solicitation that seems suspicious or claims affiliation with NeoCon, forward the email to neoconshows@themart.com so our team can review it and send issue a cease & desist notice if necessary.

Eligibility

  • Products must have entered the U.S. market since June 2025.
  • Products must be displayed at NeoCon 2026.
  • Products submitted in Best of NeoCon 2025 are ineligible.
  • Entrants must be NeoCon 2026 exhibitors.


Submission Fees & Deadlines

  • Submission Site Opens: March 3, 2026
  • Submissions Close: May 20, 2026
  • Early Entry: $900 (March 1-31)
  • Standard Entry: $1,000 (April 1-30)
  • Late Entry: $1,100 (May 1-20)
  • Business Impact Awards Consideration: +$250 per submission

INTERIOR DESIGN HiP Awards


The 21st Annual IIDA Showroom and Booth Design Competition at NeoCon

  • Honors original interior design and the visual impact of permanent showrooms, temporary booths, and pop-up exhibitors with an emphasis on the innovative use of product, materials, space, color, texture, and environmental graphics. Entries were reviewed onsite by a jury of influential design leaders and specifiers from the commercial interior design industry on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9. Winners were notified on Sunday, June 8 with winners publicly honored on IIDA.org, social media platforms, and through the official press release sent to key industry publications the morning show opens. All winning spaces were on exhibit throughout the show.
