Steel Dynamics

Tru-Steel HD® steel substrate is melted and manufactured in the USA with sustainable EAF steel. This steel substrate is then coated with zinc or Galvalume®, painted, and run through a large-format digital printer to apply a woodgrain, stone, or camouflage image to the surface. These images are developed in-house using real materials, and can be printed at up to 400dpi resolution. Printed images won't repeat a pattern for a massive 32 feet, allowing the inclusion of high-detail features such as knots, cracks, and intricate woodgrain patterns that traditional wood and stone patterned steels struggle to replicate.
