Submissions may be considered for the following programming formats:

• VIRTUAL CEU SESSIONS
  Pre-recorded, professionally produced 1-hour sessions available on the NeoCon Learning Hub Sunday, June 13 through Friday, December 31, 2027. Virtual CEU Sessions will be approved by IDCEC and AIA.
  
  
• ON-SITE CEU SESSIONS
  Select submissions will be chosen to present on-site at The Mart during NeoCon, June 13-16, 2027. On-site CEU Sessions will be approved by IDCEC and AIA.
  
  
• WORKSHOPS
  Experiential, longform sessions - ranging from 1.5 -2 hours - unique to NeoCon. Attendees will engage in live practice-oriented learning. Offered during select timeslots onsite at The Mart during NeoCon, June 13-16, 2027.
  
  
• NEOCON TALKS
  Live 20-minute engaging, inspirational thought leadership presentations onsite at The Mart’s 7th Floor Exhibit Hall in the NeoCon Talks Lounge, June 14-15, 2027. NeoCon Talks showcases emerging influencers, impactful ideas and relevant insights aimed to ignite innovation. Talks will be recorded and distributed post-show.
  
  
• ILLUMINATE AT NEOCON, SPOTLIGHT SESSIONS
  Dynamic, 20-40-minute "TED-style" conversations dedicated to one powerful idea: great design starts with great lighting. These sessions explore how light shapes space, mood, performance, and experience. All sessions are professionally recorded and shared post-show for continued inspiration.

The Evaluation Process:

CEUs & Workshops are reviewed by the members of the NeoCon Program Review Board. Evaluations are based on overall quality; industry relevance; well-defined focus within the educational and practical application of the material; timeliness of the topic; and speaker qualifications.

NeoCon Talks and Spotlight Sessions are curated by the NeoCon team and its partners based on originality, clarity, relevance, and presenter experience.

To be considered for NeoCon 2027 programming:

• Your presentation must be educational or inspirational in nature — sales presentations will not be accepted.
• Industry manufacturers or vendors not participating at NeoCon are ineligible to speak or participate as a presenter.
• Your material should be original; otherwise, cite the source(s).
